Democratic Party Chairman Endorses Constitutional Amendments

Staff Report From the Office of Judge Mark Kennedy, Chairman of the Alabama Democratic Party  Montgomery – Judge Mark Kennedy, Chairman of the Alabama Democratic Party, announced yesterday which statewide constitutional amendments appearing on Tuesday’s ballot he supports and opposes. Chairman Kennedy took no position on amendments that are specific to any one particular county.
